May 14 - 17, 2009: Now celebrating its 16th year, the Carmel Art Festival is a public benefit event held to educate and inspire people of all ages about the visual arts. In 2009, the Festival includes the Plein Air and Sculpture-in-the-Park events, as well as a Quick Draw by the winning artists, and Kids Art Day. The Carmel Art Festival is a non-profit organization with donations from these events supporting local youth art programs. It is too late to enter the 2009 festival Deadline to apply for 2010, December 1, 2009. 2010 Entry Forms will be posted here in August, 2009. All Plein Air painters can submit their entry forms.
